Shipping Policy:

Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited (“Emcure”) has partnered with reputed logistic partners for our logistic services, to ensure that all our products reach you in the best of conditions.

A shipping confirmation would be sent to your registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Depending on the location in PAN India, delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 days but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. Order Cancellation:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime until the products ordered are shipped. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Once the order has been shipped from our end, it cannot be cancelled. Emcure reserves the rights in relation to cancellation or processing any of the placed order.

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation before shipment, refund will be processed within 14 business days after acknowledging your cancellation request. The mode of such refund shall be the original mode of payment.

Exchange Policy:

We follow a no return policy. However, exchanges of the product is allowed only in case the products delivered are damaged. For the exchange of the products and its redressal please reach out to care@arthwellness.in with all relevant details such as order no., payment acknowledgement copy, invoice.
